Before you book
I’m a new client — where do I start?
Start with the Skin Consultation & Advanced Facial (£60). We’ll talk through your skin, your goals and what you’d like to achieve, then create a personalised plan.
Will there be downtime?
Most treatments have little to no downtime. If your treatment may cause redness, dryness or sensitivity, I’ll explain exactly what to expect beforehand.
Do I need to commit to a course?
No. Treatments can be booked individually. If I recommend a course, I’ll explain why and you can decide what feels right for you.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rearrangements made 48 hours or more before your appointment are free of charge. Within 48 hours, 50% of your appointment fee is payable. Within 24 hours or for a no-show, the full appointment fee is payable.
Where are you based?
I’m based in a private studio in Carlisle, Cumbria (CA3). My full address is shared with you when you book.
I’m pregnant / have a skin condition / take medication — can I still book?
Just let me know when booking. Some treatments may not be suitable, but we’ll always make sure your treatment is appropriate and safe for your skin.
